MANTRAS LIST FOR
ULC Reverend Fordham website
|
This list contains a set of phrases which I found useful as
Mantras.
The only two criteria for having made it onto this list,
is that:
a)
|
the Mantra must have passed the meditation test, such that I
found it to be a useful guide to topic, comfortable to
pronounce, and worthy of being dwelled upon in a sustained
manner without frequent changes of wording,
|
--- and ---
|
b)
|
the Mantra needs to have been found worthy for
use beyond a given single meditation session.
(If I found it wasn't worth dwelling upon for more than one
sitting, then it probably wasn't that good to begin with,...)

Here's the list (reverse chronological order):

"Lucid telecognition, telekinesis, serendipity,
healthy intent, and flow."
I found that this Mantra could be easily spoken without hurrying,
filling the space within a single relaxed breath. I allowed the last
word, "flow", to become drawn out - very relaxing
and energizing at the same time.

"Guardian Angel, hear what I say:
|
|
Guardian Angel, share with me.
|
|
Guardian Angel, help me heal.
|
|
Guardian Angel, set me free!"
|
I found that this sequence can easily be spoken entire, within
a single slow breath, once it had been memorized for easy flow.

"Happy, Healthy, Wealthy, & Wise."
I used this particular Mantra via the counted, continuous
repetition method, during short breaks within my daily routines
from about 1990 to 1995.

"Serendipity & Peace, with Effort & Flow."
I find the method of one voicing per breath to work well with
this particular Mantra; the latter half of the breath being used
for silent focusing on energy flows within the spirit.
